How long will it take to get my order?

We process orders within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, your package will typically arrive at your door within 3-5 business days.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your journey directly on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you. Your full original purchase price will be refunded once the item is received. Alternatively, you can choose our Instant 50% Refund option - keep the item, skip the trip to the post office, and get half your money back immediately!

What if my item is damaged?

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered. Simply email us photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will issue a full refund. In some cases, we may provide a pre-paid label to have the item returned to our center for further quality inspection.
